How to Manage Online Classes, Recordings and Tutes in One Platform
Online teaching works best when students always know where to find the next lesson. If links, videos and handouts are scattered across several messaging apps, both teachers and students spend time searching instead of learning. A central course space makes the class experience easier to follow. Begin by deciding how to organize your courses. Use a clear title for each subject or class, then divide its material into lessons that match your teaching sequence. Keep naming consistent: lesson numbers, topic headings and dates are easier for students to understand than a collection of unrelated file names. Add recorded classes to the relevant lessons. A recording is especially valuable for a student who missed the original session or wants to revise a difficult explanation. Before publishing, check that the video and accompanying files are accessible from a student account, not only from the educator dashboard. Deliver tutes and supporting notes with the lesson they belong to. Group worksheets, revision papers and reference materials by topic so students can locate them without asking you repeatedly. When a document is updated, ensure that students receive the correct version. Manage who can access each course. Magic LMS brings student and course administration together. For paid courses, use the payment-submission and approval workflow to decide when access should be granted. Keep enrollment lists accurate so that only the right class group sees the materials it needs. Build a simple weekly publishing routine. Prepare recordings, upload learning materials, check links, review pending enrollments and respond to students' common questions. Even a small routine helps your LMS stay organized as more courses are added. Magic LMS includes website hosting and shared-platform maintenance, reducing the separate technical arrangements needed to keep a teaching website running. Your focus remains on the lessons, materials and student learning experience.

Magic LMS Free vs Pro: Which Plan Fits Your Classes?
Choosing an LMS plan should begin with the number of active learners you currently teach and the number you expect to enroll soon. Magic LMS offers a Free starting plan and a Pro plan that increases active-student capacity. The Free plan costs LKR 0 per month in platform subscription fees and supports up to 250 active students. It is a practical starting point for educators launching their first learning website or teaching a smaller group. Core course, student and learning-material tools are available without paying a monthly platform subscription charge. Pro costs LKR 2,500 per month and provides capacity for 500 active students. If you need more capacity, additional blocks of 500 active students cost LKR 500 per month per block on Pro. For example, a Pro account with a 1,000-student capacity has a LKR 3,000 monthly platform charge, while 1,500 capacity costs LKR 3,500 per month. Additional capacity is an add-on to Pro, not a standalone third plan. SMS charges are separate from platform subscription fees. New educator accounts receive a one-time LKR 100 SMS-only Welcome Bonus. During the first 60 consecutive 24-hour days following account creation, the introductory rate is LKR 1.50 per chargeable SMS segment on either Free or Pro. After that period the normal rate is LKR 4 per segment on Free and LKR 2 on Pro. An SMS can use more than one chargeable segment depending on its content and length. Magic LMS provides default hosted educator subdomains. Optional new managed .com or .lk domains are available at LKR 5,000 per year through the support process; that is separate from the standard Free and Pro subscription fees. When comparing plans, count active students rather than total historical registrations. Check the pricing page for the latest published conditions and consider expected growth before enabling extra capacity. Starting with Free does not lock you into an unnecessary monthly commitment.

Managing Student Enrollments and Course Payments with Magic LMS
When students join an online class, three things need to be clear: which course they want, whether they have completed any required payment, and when they can begin learning. Keeping these steps organized gives educators a more manageable teaching workflow. Start with a well-structured course catalog. Give every course a clear title and description, and organize lessons and recordings so students can understand what they are enrolling in. Publish only the courses that are ready for students to access. Use your Magic LMS educator website as the main student entry point. Learners register for the relevant educator website and follow its course-enrollment process. Because each educator has their own LMS website, keep the enrollment and payment records associated with the correct course and class. For paid courses, communicate the payment instructions clearly. Magic LMS helps you manage course-payment submissions and payment records. Review bank-slip details and the relevant enrollment before approving access. Do not assume that uploading a slip means a bank transfer has been independently verified or that a payment gateway has automatically processed it. Review pending student requests regularly. A short daily check of new registrations, enrollment requests and payment submissions helps students get timely answers and avoids accidental access problems. You can also keep teaching materials organized so learners see the lessons appropriate to their courses. Know your capacity. The Free plan supports 250 active students. Pro supports 500 for LKR 2,500 per month, with optional capacity increases of 500 active students for LKR 500 per month per block. Plan for growth before reaching your account's current capacity. A reliable student experience is built from small habits: clear course information, accurate enrollment records, careful payment review and consistent updates to lessons. Magic LMS puts these core activities in one place so educators can concentrate on teaching.
